Dog Tags

Pursuant to Town of Roachdale Ordinance 91.16, all dogs residing within the Town limits are required to have a valid Town-issued dog tag. Dog tags must be purchased through the Roachdale Town Office and are valid for the calendar year. Renewal is required annually.

The cost of a dog tag is $5.00 if purchased between January 1 and March 1. After March 1, the fee increases to $10.00 per dog.

Please complete the application below prior to visiting the Town Office to remit payment.

Failure to obtain the required dog tag may result in enforcement action and penalties of up to $500 per dog, as authorized by ordinance.
